Due to the handcrafted and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email]. Include your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier once an order has shipped. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
